Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, due to processing and preparation costs, any order canceled after 24 hours of placement will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
No Return Policy
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns policy.
Exceptions — Limited Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item is new and unused
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- The return is initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or missing tags
- Orders returned beyond the 14-day window
Refunds
If your return qualifies under the exception criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible), and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
