Refund Policy

We strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have instituted a strict no returns policy.

We understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Therefore, we will accept returns only if the item is still in new and unused condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

To be eligible for a return under this exception, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Items without original packaging or missing tags


If your return meets the criteria outlined above, we will process a refund to the original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
